* We request a 50% deposit down and balance payable before or on the day the animal leaves our ranch.
* Deposits are non-refundable
* We operate on a first come first served basis unless a deposit has been paid
* Should anything happen to a goat a deposit has been paid on, the buyer will have first choice of others that are for sale at or near the same price as the original goat.
• We guarantee the animal(s) we sell to be in good health and sound condition.
• Health papers will be furnished for goats leaving the state of Texas if requested, at buyers expense.
• Full payment will be required before any animal(s) leaves our ranch.
• We do not accept any responsibility once the animal leaves our property.
• There will be a $2.00/day boarding fee charged for each animal left after 14 days from date of purchase unless prior arrangements have been made.
• We accept cash , checks or money orders ( checks must clear bank before pick up of animals).
* Sales price does not include:
• Shipping, transportation and veterinary services are the buyers responsibility. |
